Bridging loan

Covers the time between buying or building a new property, and settling on the sale of your existing one, available for a period of 6-12 months.

Permits interest only repayments, and maximum LVR of 85% of the combined value of the properties

SMSF loan

Purchase or refinance a residential investment property through an SMSF structure.

Borrow a loan amount up to $500,000 with maximum LVR at 80% - 100% offset facility available

We love property, especially brand new property. The Yard construction loan is engineered for building. It gets used (drawn) only when your builder needs to be paid, meaning you can save on interest payments.

Yard’s Bridging Loan assists you through this period and at the end automatically converts into a Yard Home Loan.
